Spanish III students learned about the products, practices, and perspectives associated with maracas in the Spanish-speaking world. This included the various ways that maracas are decorated in Spanish-speaking countries. Today, students got to decorate their own maracas!

It was so rewarding for fifth graders to view each others' reading projects. They worked so hard on these! While they were viewing projects, they were surprised by their classmate, Ariana, when she handed out custom 3D prints to each classmate. So sweet, Ari! 🧑🏼‍🎄📚

Third grade engineers tried to build a Gingerbread (graham cracker) House that could stand on its own! Team 1 titled their house Mr. Grinch's Gummi Bear House, Team 2, Blizzard Wonderland, Team 3 Disaster, and Team 4, Candy Cabin. As you can tell by each team's Theme title, not all of their houses remained standing, but they had a great time working as a team! Eating their creation was the best part of the lesson!
