Eight enthusiastic 4th graders truly excelled in the Lego Robotics Club this year! Working with the Lego Spike Prime kits, the students sharpened their critical thinking and problem-solving skills as they navigated the complexities of both engineering and programming! Their commitment to helping one another and working as a team turned every technical hurdle into a shared victory!

Elementary Camp forms for volleyball, basketball, and soccer are being sent home this week. Forms can also be found on athletics website. Please note that volleyball camp is for grades 1-6 for the 26/27 school year. All others are for grades 3-8.

Friday was a beautiful day for our Carillon Park field trip! Our second graders learned so much about Dayton and Ohio's history and inventions. It was a meaningful and fun trip!
Congratulations to both Jordan Stiles and Phebe Vergara, who both placed first in their age groups at the zone God, flag, and country contest Saturday! They will both move on to the state competition on May 2nd! 🇺🇸

Students in Mr. Halko's American History class completed their Acronym posters. The posters display different organizations that fought for more equal rights for their respective minority groups primarily throughout the 1900s.

Mrs. Mele's first grade class got to experience the Lifecycle of a Butterfly first hand. We watched the metamorphosis of our four teeny tiny caterpillars into butterflies. Then
today we released our butterflies out into the world.

Third grade students prepared for the State ELA test under the "Big Top" in their classroom today! They enjoyed reading about clowns, The Barnam and Bailey Circus and The Greatest Showman, to name a few! The carnival games, Animal Crackers, and Circus Peanuts were a big hit as well!
